By way of summary, Jeff Hacker is a seasoned veteran having practiced law for more than 25 years. He has a wide range of experience in litigation and transactional matters. He has been involved in countless mediations and arbitrations. He has also been involved in over 50 court and jury trials during his careeer. He is a past president of the Santa Clarita Valley Attorney's Association. He has served as a Judge Pro Term (temporary judge), arbitration and mediation. He has also served as legal council for: the Valencia Industrial Association, the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce, along with various charities and non-profit organizations over the years.

Hunt Braly, who served as chief of staff for former State Senator Ed Davis, has extensive experience obtaining land use approvals and dealing with government agencies. He has represented a broad range of agencies in a variety of matters over the years: ranging from the Castaic Lake Water Agency to the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy, as well as countless developers and landowners.
